Villa21 The project is conceived as a whole as a Vocation International Agroindustrial Project and Logistics planned in the municipality of Fisheries International Airport nearby Monterrey (Nuevo Leon, Mexico), that part of the initiative of a development group with the collaboration of Mexican companies, European and Spanish, and has as main objective established as a Comprehensive Urban Development Sustainable Industrial and staffed by a Agroindustrial Park, an Intermodal logistics Centre, an industrial park for light industry and a full housing. Agribusiness Park will feature: Central Supply, Research and Development Center, Recycling Center Water, Energy and Waste, Energy distribution center, area Wineries Individual, Agribusiness area, area of Industries Auxiliary (AX) and Zone Complementary Activities (HAZ). Multimodal Logistics Park shall further and Customs Bonded Warehouse Strategic inside. The project includes ins educational, recreational and residential.
